OSMA Accreditation
The OSMA is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to develop continuing medical education courses for physicians. In November 2005, the OSMA was surveyed by the ACCME and in March 2006, was awarded a six-year Accreditation with Commendation. At that time, we were one of only seven of the 746 accredited organizations nationwide to achieve exemplary compliance in five of the ten required elements for accreditation. The Ohio State Medical Association believes that patient care is enhanced by continued education throughout your professional career. We offer education courses for physicians, practice managers, coding, front office staff, and other clinical and support staff as needed.
