The OSMA employs full-time lawyers and lobbyists who are at the forefront of every health care issue in Ohio, ensuring that you and your patients are well served. Every legislative session, the OSMA staff and the physician legislative task force monitor over 100 bills that impact the health care delivery system and how physicians practice medicine. The OSMA provides an online forum for the exchange of information among physicians in training and their experienced colleagues. The OSMA will be there for you when you start your career. We can help you navigate through different topics such as employer issues and contract negotiations. Members also have access to job listings and a job search database that connects them with the Ohio communities and employers.
