CGS Announces Self-Service Portal

CGS, Ohio’s Medicare Part B provider, has launched a myCGS, free Internet-based, provider self-service portal that allows practices to access information securely over the Internet. myCGS will include patient eligibility, Medicare claims status, Medicare remittance advices (RAs), provider financial information and more.

To participate in this online portal, practices must have a signed electronic data interchange (EDI) enrollment agreement on file with CGS. If you have submitted an EDI enrollment agreement, there is no need to submit a new agreement.

However, if you are unsure or are not currently submitting electronic claims, you must complete the registration form at submit it to CGS’ EDI department by fax at (615) 664-5927.
