The Ohio Department of Health wants to remind all physicians that handouts and pocket cards containing information for how to properly prescribe controlled substances are still available. The Ohio Emergency and Acute Care Facility Opioid and Other Controlled Substances Prescribing Guidelines were first distributed to hospitals and emergency care physicians last August.
