Help Re-Elect Justices Cupp and O'Donnell

Late last year, the Ohio State Medical Association Political Action Committee (OSMAPAC) endorsed Ohio Supreme Court Justices Terrence O’Donnell and Robert Cupp for re-election this November. Since the state’s high court has been increasingly consistent in interpreting the laws as written and not legislating from the bench, Ohio Supreme Court elections are becoming increasingly overlooked. It has also gotten tougher each cycle to raise awareness and support for our incumbent justices.

However, the worst thing that could happen is the Ohio Supreme Court returning to an activist majority that does legislate from the bench. That is why it is so important to re-elect Justice Terrence O'Donnell and Justice Robert Cupp this year — to protect a conservative court that will not legislate from the bench.
