The Quality Institute of the Ohio Hospital Association, University Hospitals of Cleveland and the MetroHealth System, in conjunction with the Cleveland Clinic, are hosting a seminar, “Improving the Patient Experience in Ohio Hospitals.” This event will be held on Nov. 30 at the InterContinental Hotel and Conference Center in Cleveland.
