Medical Record Copying Charges Increase

As of Jan. 1, 2011, medical record copying charges have increased. Each year, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) sets copying charges based on the Consumer Price Index. The OSMA has updated its legal brief on Ohio Medical Copying Charges, which can be found here.
