Wright State Med Student Receives AMA Foundation Award
Thursday, August 16, 2012Colleen McCormick, a medical student at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, is one of only 18 medical students across the nation to receive the 2012 American Medical Association (AMA) Foundation Physicians of Tomorrow Award.
The award recipients receive a 10,000 dollar scholarship to help defray medical school expenses. The AMA Foundation has awarded millions in scholarships to deserving medical students since 1950.
