Wood County Hospital is seeking a full-time pediatrician to continue the practice of a retiring physician. This will be an employed position within Wood Health Company, a subsidiary of Wood County Hospital. The opportunity has competitive compensation with excellent benefits. The pediatricians cover both the outpatient clinic and hospitalized patients. Call obligations will be 1:4. They also cover for stat C-sections with a Level 1 nursery.

WVSOM is seeking physicians to join our top notch faculty. Candidates should be residency trained and be Board Certified and must be able to be licensed in the state of West Virginia. These positions include Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Internal Medicine and Osteopathic Principles & Practices.
Academic and clinic responsibilities are shared within this position which include training medical students, interns and residents with the primary responsibility being instruction of first and second year medical students in the classroom, lab and/or in the clinic. These responsibilities may also include preparing and delivering lectures, assisting in skills labs, and other small group activities. Research is supported and participation in scholarly activities is expected. Salary and faculty rank will be commensurate with experience and includes an excellent benefits package including medical malpractice insurance, educational loan reimbursement, and relocation expenses.
