Lawyer Referral Program: For Lawyers
The OSMA is aware that many physicians proceed with business opportunities or the sale, purchase or merger of practices without seeking appropriate legal counsel. The OSMA wants to remedy this problem by helping our members locate competent legal representation rather than providing referrals on an ad hoc basis. Offering lawyer referral services through the OSMA enables physicians to find competent counsel for matters that have legal implications beyond those typically handled by business/general practice attorneys. In turn, it provides lawyers with an opportunity to expand their client list.
