Lawyer Referral Program: For Physicians

As an OSMA member, you have access to the OSMA Lawyer Referral Service as a member benefit. The Lawyer Referral Program is limited to the following services:

• Preparation and/or review of employment contracts (fixed fee)
• Preparation and/or review of practice buy-sell agreements (fixed fee)
• Preparation and/or review of office or equipment lease agreements (fixed fee)
• Human resource matters*
• Representation before the State Medical Board of Ohio and other administrative agencies*

*Fee agreements negotiated by the attorney and the physician.
