Our documentation & coding analysis looks at a complete episode of care from start to finish. We conduct a comprehensive review of the physician's documentation and coding including the billing and submission process. This analysis measures the following to determine if:

  • the physician documentation and coding support the services billed, and
  • that your current processes demonstrate "best practices" in achieving compliance and capturing all deserved reimbursement.
