OSMA Patient Satisfaction Program
The risk of medical liability lawsuits remains a top priority for all physicians. As such, the Ohio State Medical Association offers members access to the Patient Satisfaction Program.
The Patient Satisfaction Program, created in partnership with Roundtable Online Learning,
gives physician members the opportunity to manage medical liability risk through patient satisfaction.
This program also enables member physicians to deploy online patient satisfaction surveys on a year-round basis and gives access to the survey results to improve their processes as well as to benchmark their results with similar practices in Ohio.
Participants that disseminate and utilize the patient satisfaction surveys are eligible for an additional 3 percent discount on medical liability insurance through The Doctors Company.
