The American Medical Association and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are offering a webinar about measles for healthcare professionals. With ongoing measles outbreaks in Ohio and the United States, all healthcare professionals can remain alert for measles cases, especially during the upcoming summer travel season, and particularly in unvaccinated patients. 

To help providers and clinics remain prepared, CDC’s Project Firstline is hosting a webinar on May 15, 2025, at 11 a.m. ET. The webinar will feature a panel of CDC experts as they cover current trends in measles epidemiology, clinical recognition of measles, the importance of vaccination, and preparing and responding to measles, including infection prevention and control in the healthcare setting.
